1st meeting

Summary of meeting: Finalized FYP topic and brief project outline to be completed with FYP advisor.

Prior to this meeting, there were already several discussions made on fixating our freely-chosen topic which we wanted to go along the line of the feasibilty of events 'going green' by assessing the level of acceptance by conference and exhibitions attendees; through surveys.

Tentatively, the team came up with 3 main 'green' concepts to focus on throughout the report to be specific towards which aspect of 'going green' events are capable of. They are;

1. Biodegradable materials
2. Going paperless
3. Organic foods
   

In order to first understand these topics ourselves, we ended the meeting with respective roles to research more on each topic. My task was to find out more on biodegradable materials.
