3rd Meeting

Summary of meeting:met up with FYP advisor on amendments to be made on project outline draft 1

Our advisor gave his comments on our proposed project outline:

1. Biodegradable materials is too general a concept. It was then decided to replace it with 'waste management' but still focusing on the 3Rs as given my prior research, I felt that the most common non-green area in events are improperly management of materials causing excess 'waste'.
2. Our 3 main 'green' concept was not mentioned in detail in the right section. In the first draft, there were more elaboration in the synopsis then in objectives
3. The inclusion of atimeline in our project outline.
4. Setting of dates and times that we will meet him to discuss about our project
5. Start immediately on the sourcing of events to ensure we start the surveying on time.

During the same meeting, the team then started off by looking through the STB event calender for a list of events and also planning of our coming wednesday's trip to the NLB.
