We headed down to these 2 events as planned;

1. JEC Asia: 22 Oct – 24 Oct 2008 (convention and exhibition)
2. Process CEM Asia 2008: 22 Oct – 24 Oct 2008 (conference and exhibition)

Goal: to complete 50 surveys for the day

First up, the team surveyed delegates from the JEC event which had quite a handful of delegates coming from all over the world! We stationed at the exit of the exhibition hall(which was a follow-up on the conference) and surveyed pretty enthusiastic delegates who were not only willing to answer our questions but also quipped in their explanations for making particular choices and even suggestions;all of which we gladly took down.

Remarks:The survey response was quite a morale booster for me despite having occasional hiccups with delegates who are less adequte at communicating in english(but as much as possible, translated to mandarin and even cantonese to them!)and we quickly surveyed other delegates from the Process CEM event for a more varied response to ensure a better cover on the general delegates' acceptance.
